LIFE AS I KNOW IT

Cheers to the freakin' weekend~ Line 'em up!

Hello everyone! Hope all of you are having a fantastic weekend so far. There were warnings of flash floods, hail, and storms in the LA area today but, the weather seemed pretty pleasant and sunny. Weird. Was supposed to go out, but ended up staying in after I got home from work, watching the US Open, playing with Aya, and having some good lasagna. ^^

Anyways, wanted to share with you guys my favorite eyeliner duo I've been using everyday (or well, everyday that I wear some make-up ^^) that I'm totally loving! They are the GOSH "Black Ink" Velvet Touch Waterproof Eyeliner (swapped with Vicky - see post here) and the K-Palette 24hr Tattoo Liner (bday gift from Kathy - see post here)

Like I've mentioned before, eyeliner has been the only make-up product I used back in high school (starting in the 9th grade) and I seriously can't live w/o it. The only times I've skipped out on wearing eyeliner is if I'm running errands locally with my glasses on (-gasp- Yes, I don't have 20/20 vision. Boo.) BUT, all other times, it's a must!

I've always been curious of the K-Palette 24hr eyeliners and in comparison to my Physician's Formula Eye-booster, I love the felt tip on it so much more! I may do a full comparison in a future post, but yes! Love the way the 24hr liner applies. The only con is that in the heat (and with my oily lids), the "winged" does smudge, BUT besides that, I feel like the tip is so easy to use when actually winging out the eyeliner, as the felt tip can be easily guided to create the perfect "shape" for the wing. I feel that by using this liner on a daily basis, my application of liquid liner has improved! haha. :D

Pencil/twist out eyeliners are both types that I've used oftenin the past when I was too chicken to try liquid liner, so upon receving this GOSH liner, I was so excited to try it!! It is quite creamy, and though it isn't the blackest of black, it still does its job of tight-lining and filling in any gaps. It glides on really easily as well. It's my first GOSH product to try, and I'm so impressed overall.

The lasting powers of these are great! If you have been curious on either one of these liners, I definitely would recommend both to try out. You won't be disappointed!

Thanks so much for reading!!

Shall end this now with Aya and her monkey pole dancing...err..LOL. See how tiny she is? hehe. She's been keeping everyone happy in making sure she's happy. :] Love her lots~
