While flipping through Feb. 2012's issue of Glamour magazine, I came across the "chic sheet" page.

Following the Missoni x Target and Versace x H&M collaborations, looks like we've got another designer to look forward to. Designer Jason Wu will be releasing a new "ready-to-wear" line at Target on February 5th in stores and online. 



Ok, first confession is that I am not as "schooled" in the department of designers, but with my little research of what Wu's original pieces cost, I could not believe that everything here would not exceed $60. Upon reading this news, I instantly fell in love with the entire concept of his line. What were his inspirations, you ask?

From simple to chic, to bold colors and striped patterns, this modern, everyday collection will sure to be a hit. Will it be another episode of the Missoni madness? Possibly. Will you be adding some new pieces from the collection to your wardrobe? Mind you, his collection will only be available until March 5! Have you changed your mind yet? 

My picks would be the black pleated skirt, lace printed skirt, and the sheer blouse w/bow. But most especially, I want the cat tote (it's too cute!!), and this cat print scarf!
Isn't it cute? I'm sure all my cat lovers will agree with me. Muahah...

    I completely forgot he was coming out with a collection for Target!  I really like his pieces for this collection!  Definitely like them a lot more than the Missoni ones.  I just don't know if I want to fight it out for one of them... :/  I hope Target learned from the Missoni experience and is more prepared for the demand they will get for these items!

    in love with jason wu, he is a such a decent guy with decent designs! you are lucky to have him for the target...but in amsterdam, we dont have target...too bad :S

    Me too! It's definitely more our style. :D I hope it won't be as crazy? But who knows. If we end up going, we should go to one that people won't normally go to (unless it's only available at select Targets?)
